The directories and reviews are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, compliance, or opening status of any independent business or location listed.
- We are not responsible for any quality of service, product liability, or legal disputes that arise between you and any listed spot.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Honest Toke, its directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
